A Standard Layout Workflow

Place the desired balls on the table with the 1-9, Ctrl-(0-5) and 0 shortcut keys.
- Move balls to desired positions
Left-Click-and-Drag the balls to move them to the desired layout locations.
- Create OBall Aiming Lines
Left-Click the OBalls to create an Aiming Line to the desired pocket. This step also creates a Ghost Ball image to assist in aiming. You can also Right-Click and choose Pocket Line to create a yellow pocket line from the Ghost Ball to the rail to aid in pattern positional play layouts.
- Create CBall Aiming Line
Left-Click on the CBall to create an Aiming Line and then Left-Click-and-Drag the end of the Aiming Line to the Ghost Ball image. This gives the cut angle and the tangent line.
- Place a Target
Use a Target shortcut key (Ctrl-t, Ctrl-p, Ctrl-c, Ctrl-[) to place a Target of the desired shape on the table. Left-Click-and-Drag the target to move it where the desired cue ball's destination will be after shooting the first shot.
- Adjust the Target
Right-Click on the Target, bringing up the "Right-Click Menu" that will allow you to adjust the Target. Make the desired changes to the Size, Shape and Rotation of the target. There is also a Label option as well.
- Add a Track Line for the CBall
Right-Click on the cue ball and select Track Line. Move the cursor to the Ghost Ball image on the object ball, and Left-Click to anchor the first segment of the Track Line to the Ghost Ball. Continue dragging the point of the Track Line to the next desired contact point. Repeat Left-Click and dragging the Track Line point until you have the completed path the cue ball should travel to get to the target. Double-Left-Click to finish the track line.
- Reshape the Track Line if needed
If adjustments are necessary to the path of the track line, Right-Click on the track line to bring up an options menu and left click on Reshape. This will put circular "control points" at every segment intersection that can be adjusted by Left-Click-and-Drag to move the control point to the desired location. Left click anywhere on the table when finished, to halt Track Line reshaping.
- Add a Track Line label if needed
Right click on the track line where you would like to place a label if needed. Select Add Label which will put a label at the midpoint of the line segment. Use the delete key to remove the default label and type the desired label. Left-Click anywhere on the table to finish.
- Place an ABall
Place an ABall on the table with Ctrl-A. Left-Click-and-Drag the black tip image to the correct cue tip contact point. Next Left-Click-and-Drag from the bottom of the speed bar to reflect the proper speed of the shot. Left-Click-and-Drag the aiming ball to place it at the desired location.

Delete the default text (with Right/Left Arrows, Backspace and Delete) and type the desired instructional text for the layout. Left-Click anywhere on the table to exit the text box. You can Left-Click on the text box to make it into an icon (small square box with a T in it) and move anywhere on the layout. Left click it again to bring it back to full size at the center of the table.
