workout for ICA users. The module contains 83 drills with 5 main areas of focus. They are Aiming, Kicks & Banks, Pattern Challenges, Position, and Safes. This is an excellent workout for overall game. This module is also a good way to sample the types of drills and patterns for which comprehensive individual modules are available.
