Todd “The Lucky Loser” Shirley developed the Hot Shot Assessment so players could determine their shot percentages by shot classification independent of the factors of cue ball speed, spin, and/or position. This lets you focus on areas you need practice, and helps you win by knowing which shots are good choices or challenging.
